Charming and demure, Debbie is irresistible in her cocktail dress and shawl, all from nylon tulle, lavishly trimmed with sparkling glamour post sequins.  Her lace trimmed panties and slip are of a high count taffta, and she wears a tea-ruffled nylon net crinoline.
 
Rhinestone earrings, nylon hose, and highly styled evening slippers, complete this lovely ensemble.  Debby's dramatic hair-do is of all rooted saran hair swept up into a high chignon. 
 
Debbie is an all vinyl doll, 20" tall, with a jointed action torso, so that she can assume many life-like poses.  Her arms and legs are exquisitely shaped and formed, with manicured fingernails, and pedicured toenails.

Here is the blue version of this dress.  When it came in it was filthy, the water would scare you, but after clean up and soaking, it's good as new.
